We've had a fun, busy month! We've had lots of family gatherings as you can see from the pictures. E and I met Aunt Meme down in Little Rock for the night (we were going to meet in Searcy b/c it's halfway b/t Russellville and JBR but decided LR would be more fun!), E went to Mtn Home with me (I work there every 4 weeks) and Pop and Grandjan came over and kept her while I worked. The Sound Concepts party was a fun get together too! We celebrated Thanksgiving in Harrison and made a trip over to Huntsville to see Nana and Papa (E's great grandprents).
We have been practicing sitting up and last night she did it for the longest time so far but then toppled over! She likes to hold her own bottle sometimes, especially when it's towards the end and not so heavy. She's started chewing on her toes and helps me when I change her diaper by holding her legs up (whether or not she knows she's helping!) I LOVE hearing her laugh!! Such a sweet sound! She's been eating rice cereal for a few months so we tried some carrots...I don't think she liked them and I also don't think they agreed with her tummy...we'll be moving onto bananas next week! She sat in her hi-chair for the first time this month and loves it! She outgrew her cradle--I walked in one day and her chin was resting on the side of it!--so we have moved her pack n play into our bedroom. I don't know when we'll ever let go and let her sleep the night in her baby bed in her own room!?!? Surely before she's one??? :)
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Last T'giving we told our families we were expecting, we were 10 weeks. We feel so blessed and thankful to have our baby girl!

Sound Concepts VIP party
We had our Grand Opening Celebration this past weekend at Sound Concepts new showroom. It was so much fun and we couldn't have had a better turnout! It was fun planning the party and I wish it could've lasted longer! Normally we wouldn't take Ensley to a party like this but b/c she is Baby Sound Concepts we (I) felt it was essential she was there (plus all of her babysitters were at the party!)!! Her grandparents took great care of her so Mommy and Daddy could mingle. I'm so proud of Ryan and what Sound Concepts has become!!
Ensley's Dedication
We had Ensley's dedication to our church, First Baptist, Sunday November 23rd. She did very well while Brother Bruce walked her around the sanctuary. When it was over and we sat down, she let out the biggest, loudest screech! I think she liked being up there in front of everyone! Grandjan, Pop, Aunt Meme, Uncle JonJon, Pammie, Granddad, Uncle Al, and Aunt Heather were all there. It was realy neat! We all went out for brunch afterwards and Ensley slept the whole time, missing her party!
(Ps--not until we looked at the pics did we notice the flash made my shirt see through! whoops!)

OCTOBER PICS & UPDATES!!!!
Oh my! Life is busy busy busy!!! I am back to work full time and it seems that every minute of everyday is very occupied! I never realized how much time I had before! I think I like being busy, though, so it's good!
Ryan is gearing up for his big grand opening of the new showroom--Sound Concepts has come a long way in 5 1/2 years!
We celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary October 12th! Ensley celebrated it with us at the Peabody Memphis (how romantic right!?!)--we had fun, though!
At her 4 month checkup Ensley weighed 14lbs 8 oz...exactly double her birthweight! She was 24.5 inches long (who knows what she is now!). She is still sleeping in her cradle at the foot of our bed (her room is soooooooo far away!!!) and sleeping through the night which is sooooooooooo nice!! Ryan usually gets her ready and takes her to school in the mornings which is so cute. She is more smiley than ever, laughs all the time, and is rolling all over the place. She is reaching for everything and chewing on anything!! No teeth yet, though...but she's a drooler! We started feeding her rice cereal this month...with a spoon! It took her a few days to figure it out but she enjoys it now and it's so neat watching her eat from a spoon! She still LOVES bathtime and I think she may be swimming by next summer!!
I quit nursing this month which was hard but made my life as a working mother much easier. Ryan and I went on a little trip together to Anna Johnson's wedding in Dallas (my first full weekend away from her), and had a gerat time, it was nice to get away just the two of us and I didn't cry once (I was really afraid I would be a basketcase leaving her!)!!
We've decided she looks like her Aunt Meme and her Daddy...I'd question it but I know I gave birth to her!
Enjoy the pics, hope you all are doing well!

Daniel's Room Dedication

This was a really neat day for us. The college in Harrison dedicated a room in their new building in Daniel's memory...it was a very special event made possible by so many wonderful and special friends and family. It has been two years since we lost my Naniel...we still miss him terribly but God is good and faithful and has brought us peace! Little Ensley has helped too!!
Trip to Houston!
Ensley, Grandjan, and I all went to Houston to visit Aunt Garlanda, Uncle Tom, and Susan. Ensley did great on the plane and we all had soooooooooo much fun!!! I attended a work meeting while we were there and had to spend 3 nights away from her!! It was hard but I knew she was close by and in good hands with GrandJan and Garggie!
